My approach is relational and somatic and as each journey unfolds in it's own unique way, in it's own timing, we focus on awareness and bring a sense of calm.

Areas of focus
I support clients navigating a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression and trauma. I also work with clients experiencing grief and loss, PTSD and life transitions as well as those facing relationship issues, family conflict and struggles with boundaries or self-care.
For individuals who identify as highly sensitive, empathic and/or neurodivergent, this space provides compassionate support.
I offer gentle care for clients experiencing effects related to childhood trauma. including sexual abuse, neglect or bullying.
Spirituality and recovery communities such as ACA and Al-Anon are also warmly welcomed foundations on the healing journey.
