Whatever you are experiencing, this is a compassionate and caring space to notice, explore and heal.

Becoming Curious
I believe we all have the innate ability to heal and transform what feels heavy or painful. As a Level 1 Internal Family Systems (IFS) practitioner, I help clients reconnect with their bodies, build capacity to face discomfort, and cultivate greater gentleness toward themselves.
Many of us weren’t taught how to notice our emotions, set healthy boundaries, or feel safe with our needs. In this space, we learn to embody presence, grow in self-acceptance, and discover compassion for ourselves and others.
My approach is relational and body-centered, drawing on somatic and nervous system practices. Each journey unfolds uniquely, within a safe and authentic connection.
If this resonates with you, I’d love to connect.

Areas of focus
I support clients navigating a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, grief and loss and life transitions. My approach also supports those facing codependency, family conflict, relationship issues, and struggles with boundaries or self-esteem.
For individuals who identify as highly sensitive, neurodivergent, or are exploring psychedelic integration, this space provides compassionate guidance. I also walk with clients through the impacts of emotional eating, coping difficulties, and experiences of sexual abuse, while honoring the role of spirituality and recovery communities such as ACA and Al-Anon in the healing journey.
